the end / SPRING BREAK was a nomadic artist-run project space committed to developing new modes of considering issues in contemporary art and culture within South Florida communities. In collaboration with various artists, institutions, and the general public, their goal was to stimulate a dialogue that enabled one event to inform another in a manner that reflects the movement between ideas as they move through conversations. Programming included educational workshops, lectures, screenings, multidisciplinary events, exhibitions, site-specific projects and publications. the end/SPRING BREAK was founded by artists/curators domingo castillo flores and Patricia Margarita Hernández and produced in collaboration with Kathryn Marks and Cristina Farah.
